2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All services are priced based on the scope and complexity of the job. Upon agreeing to a quotation, a 50% deposit is required to schedule the service. The remaining balance must be settled upon completion.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To cancel a scheduled service without incurring a fee, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the agreed service cost.

4. Responsibilities

We are not responsible for pre-existing plant illnesses or conditions.
Homeowners are responsible for informing us of any specific areas to avoid.
Access to the property must be granted at the scheduled time.

5. Liability

Hedge Trimming Alperton carries liability insurance to cover any accidental damages caused during service. However, we are not liable for:

Damages resulting from natural occurrences like storms post-service.
Negligence in plant care by the homeowner after service.

6. Scheduling and Availability

Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. While we strive to accommodate all scheduling requests, some flexibility may be required based on demand.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers are expected to:

Provide clear access to all areas where services are required.
Inform us of any specific instructions or concerns prior to the service date.
Ensure pets are safely contained to prevent interference with the service.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours for a re-service or refund, subject to our assessment.
